In accordance with Article 13(1) and (2) of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016, hereinafter referred to as the GDPR, I hereby inform you that:
1) The controller of your personal data is FOOTBALL EXPEDITIONS SP. Z O.O., with its registered office in Kamieniec Wrocławski (55-002), ul. Wrocławska 118, represented by Łukasz Czułowski – Chairman of the Management Board, contact details: biuro@footballexpeditions.com
2) The purpose of processing your personal data is to enable us to provide you with the highest standard of services in accordance with the Polish Classification of Economic Activities (PKD) of FOOTBALL EXPEDITIONS SP. Z O.O., pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) and (c) of the GDPR;
3) Your personal data will be stored for the duration of the service agreement and for the mandatory retention period for documentation in accordance with separate regulations, as well as for the period necessary to demonstrate how the agreement was performed in connection with any potential court or administrative proceedings;
4) You have the right to access your data and receive a copy of it, the right to rectify (correct) it, the right to erasure, the right to restrict processing, the right to data portability, the right to object to the processing of your data, and the right to request the cessation of processing and the transfer of your data;
5) You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you consider that the processing of your personal data infringes the provisions of the GDPR;
6) The provision of your personal data is a condition for the performance of the contract. You are obliged to provide such data, and failure to do so will result in the inability to perform the contract;
7) The data you provide will not be subject to profiling;
8) The data controller does not transfer your personal data outside Poland/the European Union/the European Economic Area or to any international organisation;
9) The data you provide will be disclosed to third parties such as: debt collection agencies, law firms, banks, postal operators, carriers, partners providing technical services (e.g. IT services) and institutions authorised by law;
